King of the Pippins - if you have space plant this variety.

Yorkshire Apples

A heritage variety first recorded in 1629 that was later beloved by the Victorians. This is an interesting fruit that can create SG 1078 cider while offering dessert flesh that is crisp, very juicy and sugary, with a fine vinous flavour. The flesh, cooks well, with a hint of a sweet, lemony tang.
